Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged, excluding original freight charges, upon inspection.
Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Except where we arrange collection, returns are shipped freight prepaid by the customer.
A 15% restocking fee applies to returns made by preference or ordering error. The fee is waived and return shipping is at our cost if an item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange collection.
Ergoville inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used, or non-resalable items.
Where a restocking fee applies, your obligation is limited to the return freight and that fee, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation and cables.
If goods are returned in a satisfactory manner, a refund or credit will be applied to the original form of payment within 10 working days upon receipt and inspection of goods.
Ergoville reserves the right to authorize product returns more than 30 days after receipt. If a return is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee and credit will be issued toward future purchases only.
Except where an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges, insurance and shipment tracking. For certain returns, UPS shipping labels are provided; return shipping charges may still be incurred depending on the reason for the return. If an order ships prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred.
